Publisher Rights

**Publisher reserves the right to cancel or refuse any advertising.

**Publisher shall have the right to hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to the publisher for advertising which advertiser or its agency ordered and which advertising was published.

**The publisher's liability for any error done by the publisher will not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the ad with the error.

*The publisher is not responsible for errors in copy or contents furnished by the advertiser or its advertising agency.

**Advertisers and their agencies are liable for all contents of advertisements printed and are also responsible for any claim arising there from against WRITERS' Journal or Val-Tech Media.
