Accounts past due 15 days will be levied a finance charge of 1 1/2% per month.

Cancellations or changes in advertising order cannot be accepted after closing date. All cancellations must be in writing and none is considered accepted until confirmed in writing by the publisher.

Rate Changes

All rates are subject to change without notice. 90 days grace on consecutive contracts.
